They have 10 days to file an appeal.. And they have to be physically present..

First law any one found guilty by NAB cannot contest for 10 years.

NAB law says that the disqualification period starts after completion of jail term.. lolll..

No, it doesn't apply retrospectively.. But law states that if the value of illegal property in question is X, the penalty is 2(X).

Agar 300 arab ke flats hain.. tou penalty hogi 600 arab..
