@bold I think..i now fully agree with you.... SC role, is now suspicious... Justice Ijazul Ahsan will be hearingg cases in lahore registry next week...so no chance of monitoring proceedings, next week either.. Seems, SC is now part of some backdoor deal, to gve NRO/safe exit to sharifs, after disqualification..otherwise no monitoring at all, makes no sense..esp when monitoring judge was especially appointed for this purpose..
I think...only Justice Khosa and Gulzar were ppl of integrity..who disqualified Nawaz sharif, on principles.. I think, agar Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ki disqualification ka pressure na hota...tu baqi 3 judges ne kabhi bhi disqualify nahi karna tha Nawaz sharif ko..agar J Khosa aur Gulzar ne disqualify na kia hota.. Inke disqualify karnay ki wajah se..aur media main unki judgment bhtt ziada highlight aur popular honay ki wajah se..baqi 3 judges par bhtt ziada pressure tha..is wajah se ...unhon ne achi JIT banayi..aur usay achi tarah monitor kia... Agar Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ki verdict ka pressure na hota..yu shayad JIT ki bhi itni strict monitoring aur achi selection na ki jaati.... Agar us waqt ye 3 judges aisa na kartay t inki apni credibility zero hojayi..esp jab Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ki har taraf tareef ho rahi thee..
Then JIT did wonders.. Shayad in judges ko khud bhi andaza nahi hoga ke JIT itna kuch nikaal kar le aayegi.. After JIT report..these three judges had no other option than to disqualify NS, and also pressure of disqualification by two judges earlier.. So they had no other option..warna ye 3 judges bilkol expose hojaatay..if even after JIT report they didnt disqualify NS
Ab jab unhon ne NS ko disqualify kar diya..tu ab waah wah hogayi inki...ke inhon ne bhi disqualify kar diya NS.. In par se woh pressure hatt gaya jo JIT report aur Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ki wajah se tha...inhon ne bhi disqualify kar diya..... Uske baad ab asal kaam shuru hona tha.. Khud inhon ne kaha ke monitoring honi chahye NAB references ki.... Monitoring judge ka kaam wohi tha, jo implementatin bench ka tha..over JIT.. Us waqt tu yeh under pressure thay, tu theek kaam kar liya.. Ab jab pressure nahi hai..tu bilkol relax hogaye...aur carefree.. Ab inhein monitoring ki koi fikr nahi.. They are giving full opportunity to NAB and chairman NAB to manipulate things as they want.. Pehle Ijazul Ahsan chuttiyon par chalay gaye.. CJ announced tht Ejaz Afzal will act as monitoring judge in his behalf.. But no hearing by J Ejaz Afzal.. Now Justice IjaUl Ahsan is back..but he is hearing cases in lahore registry next week.. So no hearing next week either.. Poora mauqa de rahay hain, NAB ko aur sharif family ko..ke jo chahein karein.. Ab news aarahi hai ke Nawaz sharif will go to London for medical checkup.. Since no monitoring is being done..NAB par koi pressure nahi hai...unhon ne iska naam ECL par bhi nahi daala.. So nawaz sharif is being given safe exit/NRO...it seems...
Lagta yehi hai ke agar 3 judges par Justice Khosa aur gulzar ki verdict aur phir JIT report ka pressure na hota..tu inhon ne disqualify bhi nahi karna tha, Nawaz sharif ko..
