پاناماکیس کی تحقیقات کرنے والی جے آئی ٹی کی سربراہ واجد ضیا کا کہنا ہے کہ جے آئی ٹی کی اصل رپورٹ سپریم کورٹ میں ہے۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق وفاقی دارالحکومت اسلام آباد میں پاناما کیس میں بننے والی جے آئی ٹی کے سربراہ واجد ضیا بطور گواہ احتساب عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔

واجد ضیا نے عدالت کے سامنے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ کا اصل ریکارڈ میرے پاس موجود نہیں ہے، جے آئی ٹی کی اصل رپورٹ سپریم کورٹ میں ہے۔

احتساب عدالت کے جج نے دوران سماعت ریمارکس دیے کہ ریکارڈ کے حصول کے لیے رجسٹرارسپریم کورٹ کوخط لکھا گیا تھا، ابھی دوبارہ یاد دہانی کرا دیتے ہیں۔

نیب پراسیکیوٹر نے کہا کہ اسحاق ڈارسے متعلق ریکارڈ والیم ایک اورنو میں ہے۔

احتساب عدالت نے جے آئی ٹی سربراہ واجد ضیا کو 12 فروری کو دوبارہ طلب کرلیا۔

خیال رہے کہ اسحاق ڈار کے خلاف اب تک 26 گواہوں کے بیانات قلمبند کیے جا چکے ہیں اور گواہوں نے اسحاق ڈار کی جائیداد، کمپنیوں اور بینک اکانٹس کی تفصیلات عدالت میں پیش کیں۔​

What needs further probe: Is this due to amended act of 2017 or this provision was there from start? If so then it could stand repealed if SCP strikes down such amendments.

Came across a SRA interview today. I just love the way Sheikh Rasheed describes the current affairs in his typical style. Don't take it lightly, the guy has his effects on people, i never forget, this is the relaxed style and easy words understood by large majority of our countrymen, his trademark "chay cheka chattees" style.

He is adament that his case against PM Khaqan LNG scandal is about no small corruption and he sounds credible enough due to lack of transparency in this deal and on account of preliminary journalistic investigation done by Rauf Klasra and Aamir Mateens team.

One other revelation made by Sheikhu is about those Calibre Font forged documents submitted by Maryam; he says that it has come to light that even the pins used to attach the papers together are found to be made at a later date than mentioned in the signed docs they hold...

...but I don't think it is as incriminating as the calibre font but still hilarious in itself...May be the papers were stapled at the time the Calibre font was also publicly launched and is just a coincidence

سماعت شروع ہوئی تو چیف جسٹس نے حکم دیا کہ جاتی امراء، گورنر ہاؤس، ماڈل ٹاؤن، جامعہ قادسیہ، حافظ سعید کی رہائشگاہ، چوبرجی اور ایوان عدل سے آج رات تک رکاوٹیں ہٹائی جائیں۔

چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ رات تک رکاوٹیں ہٹا دی جائیں اور ہوم سیکرٹری حلف دیں کہ رات تک تمام رکاوٹیں ہٹا دی جائیں گی۔

اس موقع پر ایڈیشنل سیکرٹری ہوم نے کہا کہ رکاوٹیں دھمکیاں ملنے کی وجہ سے لگائی گئیں جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ 'کیا مجھے دھمکیاں نہیں ملتیں، وزیراعلیٰ کو ڈرا دھمکا کر گھر میں نہ بٹھائیں اپنی فورسز کو الرٹ کریں'۔

چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیے کہ وزیر اعلیٰ عوامی آدمی ہیں اور انہیں کہنا چاہیے شہباز شریف کسی سے نہیں ڈرتا۔

چیف جسٹس نے شہباز شریف کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ سندھ کی طرح آپ نے بھی عدالت آکر اچھی روایت قائم کی، ہم آپ کے مشکور ہیں۔

اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سے استفسار کیا کہ 'کیوں وزیراعلیٰ صاحب ہم ٹھیک کر رہے ہیں' جس پر شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ چیف جسٹس صاحب آپ ٹھیک کررہے ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے کہا کہ ان معاملات کا مقصد سیاست کرنا نہیں، عدلیہ اور انتظامیہ مل کر عوامی حقوق کا تحفظ کریں۔

سماعت کے دوران صوبائی وزیر رانا مشہود کے روسٹرم پر آنے پر چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے شدید برہمی کا اظہار کیا اور کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ کےساتھ آنے والے وزراء سن لیں عدالت میں پھرتیاں نہ دکھائی جائیں۔

I can't seem to figure out if it is a case of mis-reporting or old habits die hard...i say so as somebody posted a list of sharif govt cases that were ruled in their favour by CJ before the wave of contempt of court was started by Nawaz. Watch and decide:

Did you follow ik's case before the verdict? IK came this close to being disqualified when there was no comparison between Nawaz and his case. CJ offered every chance to Nefa Podri to get IK disqualified, there was just not enough grounds against IK and IK did manage to provided ample evidence in support of his defence, otherwise he was a goner.

The verdict was indeed commendable and served to cover up the way case was started and conducted against IK.



Wajid Zia and his colleagues were and are prime targets of Nawaz Mafia even if they were to spend the rest of their lives in complete seclusion i.e. they already have nothing more to loose and all the world to gain if they keep chipping away at the Sharif mafia in their follow up and continued investigations on the side. If they have been at it like the vibes coming out then Well done again JIT, it is just as crucial for their own welfare as it is for the nation that they continue to go after and expose the Sharif crimes syndicate.

The thing about the badmash - thugs and bullies alike - is that they only get emboldened more and more if they don't fear a backslash or a response, or a lack of response in this case. So the onus of protection from them rests with none other than the judiciary itself.

Why is the rule of law not being applied on the Sharifs by the very Judiciary that went soft on them in the face of undeniable proof of their wrong doings in Panama case?

I have repeatedly said that SRA, JI and PTI don't get it. They have been hard done by the very Judiciary that they are out to defend for going against Nawaz and Co. Far from it... the judges have always shown nothing but restraint against the pompous corrupt leaders of Takht Lahore.

All three applicants of Panama case should have continuously pushed the judiciary to take a clear stand against Nawaz crimes syndicate instead of half hearted and lacklustre half measures and giving assurances to lawyers of the corrupt that they will be dealt fairly, lol.

This lacklustre approach has done nothing but emboldened the corrupt tubber and its media partners.

Wait and watch approach of PTI has failed miserably - done nothing else other than voluntarily giving away political and legal space to Nawaz to continue to threaten and manipulate the economic and strategic stability of the country.

Great going PTI, Keep waiting for the proverbial spiritual light to get you what you could have snatched by sheer political and legal will and struggle immediately after Panama verdict instead of moonlighting in Nathia Gali and warming seats in front of agreeable news show anchors.

What about the Speeches of Nawaz and Maryam...why not no action on them from start? No excuse of overlook stands. SCP is not about excuses but for Sharifs.

I dont think that any game has started but what is continuing with the common people of Pakistan vs Elites like Sharifs...always getting away with special, out of the norm treatment despite continuous and unprecedented contempt.

Making excuses for SCP by us that Nawaz is seeking political suicide or shahadat is not even funny anymore. It is about rule of law or abandoning the law altogether if it is about Sharifs...always a special treatment.

The problem is with the subservient attitude of our justice system. Starting with the curtailed panama judgement, with the exception of Justice Khosa and Gulzar, even CJP has acted in a subdued and at best a reactionary manner in the matters related to Sharifs.

How can a three member bench of SCP deny reopening of a criminal case which is exactly what Hudaibya is? Criminal cases never expire...period...but for Sharifs there is aways some excuse in their favour.

Rana Sana is beyond beastly examples. @PakSword also thought i was talking about Rana Sana but i was talking about news reports on ARY and even heard it on Samaa...not entirely satiracle or sarcastic in my view but i dont have independent confirmation of the conversation still.
