Because Nawaz dreaded the possibility that his turn may come if ever his party lost an election in the future so he decided against any action on bringing back Altaf...for sure they are on the same boat as far as money laundering and stashing ill gotten wealth is concerned...as i wrote earlier, there may be more similarities between Altaf and Nawaz as I do suspect financial help and backing of Jindals.
