As per the law, if Shariff family members do not appear before the NAB court, the trials can not proceed. For failing to appear before the court, maximum punishment is 3 years in prison and sealing of assets in Pakistan, and then red warrants through Interpol (if gov takes that action).

No Appearance = No Trial. This constitution is dead.

This is why Maryam buggered off before trial.

Either SC pulls the plug on this system or we are heading for martial law. One of the two will happen.

That's why PTI, SRA and JI are to blame for not approaching SC panama bench in a review petition to ask them to order the defendant'a names to be put on ECL to stop this case heading towards DARK ALLEY.

I kept on repeating that silence by petitioners is deafening and even amounts to giving political and legal space to these criminals instead of a strangle hold, yet everybody was saying wait and see... This was ominous.

Sir gutkay jesay 2 number kaam ki factory main tu wesay bhi hartaal nahi hoti, reh gaye baat China ki tu sir Karachi ke 50% areas main Chinese company is buying Kachra on 10$ per Ton and they r re-cycling it plus the Bank of china have already got the license to open its operations in Pakistan, i have already seen quite a few Chinese people selling electronics and artificial jewellery in famous malls of Clifton and defence Karachi, tu sir aur bacha kia ?
