Panama Case: Joint Investigation Team probe

Everything is part of the Gran Plan.

If you need 2 judges to keep faith in your country then I am out of here.

In the long run if you gather enough like minded people our society will also divide in 2-3.

@bold....its obvious....tht u didnt get....what I meant

Yes... You are right.... Ppl like me....will be responsible for this country's /society's division..and this will also be another grand plan

Happy now?

@Farah Sohail

Some unconfirmed info on dawn leaks.. When I told you that if there is any compromise, it was probably done to get the report released.

I think the plan was that the people will be arrested and tried in the court (possibly military courts), where the accused will tell the actual story.. I think this is going to happen sooner than later..

Now I have heard that Tariq Fatimi ne report accept karnay se inkaar kar dia hai.. This case is moving in the same direction we discussed a few days back.. but lets see..

Pakistan's border can only expand so calm down.

I do not have any beef(pun intended) with you. I am just imploring you to stop with the negativity and let things derive their own direction. Stop crying Wolf all the time.

While I agree with you.. I want to add that we should raise awareness about what's right and what's wrong.. We should also tell them who is doing what on the face and behind the curtains... This is the only way forward.

Jo log mulk ka nuqsaan kar rahay hain, unn ki nishandahi karnay main hi bhalai hai.. Sahih ko sahih kehna aur ghalat ko ghalat kehna is part of Amar Bil Maroof wa nahi anilmunkir..

Yaar I agree with you, but who doesn't know who is bad already? Our issues are so complex so taking a straight line on one issue is very difficult, it would result in chaos that subsequently causes serious damage to others. And that is something we should be saying as well.

Do you know how long it took for alcohol to be declared haram? Just look at that only, that alone should be a big lesson for us. From 'not drinking in excess' to 'don't approach prayers intoxicated' to 'work of devil' and Prophet (S.A.W) banning it fully. There is plenty to think on that and the hikmat behind it.

Removing the rot of corruption from society is going to take time, just as it took time to stop muslims from intoxications (alcohol). Sudden and extreme shocks to the system when the system is fragile and public is easily exploited should be the last thing. A few months, a year or few more is not going to destroy Pakistan.

MQM has been dealt with, to the shock and surprise of many - you are from Karachi and know all too well what the situation was.
PPP is cornered (plus militant wings).
PMLN is cornered (along with their militant wings).
KPK is rapidly improving.
Internal security has vastly improved and we are putting in proper border controls on western side.
CPEC is gaining momentum.
plus lots more

It is all coming through and it will take time. Let's try not to bog down in the nitty gritty.

Yeah I can understand you point.. Actually there are two schools of thought on this issue.. One says that We have to look towards initial Makki life because we are very weak in iman, the other school of thought says that the Rasulullah SAW completed the teachings and now we should only look towards Madani life..

I am the supporter of later, but don't usually debate with the ones who support former..

Using your example of alcohol, a revert is not asked to stop drinking alcohol slowly.. he has to stop it the moment he reverts back..

However, I am a big supporter of Hikmah.. but I also believe that Hikmah doesn't mean we have to retreat on every issue... Hikmah is to achieve something by applying different strategies.. One of these strategies involves retreat as well..

Anyway, it's long debate and I have met with several ulema to understand this issue and accepted the position of what I have mentioned above.. i.e. complete application of Islam..

However, I support Hikmah as well, but there is a saying "momin aik soorakh se do baar nahi dasa jata".. If we have done some mistakes in the past to let a traitor go, we should make sure that another traitor doesn't bite us from the same hole this time..

Khair yeh behes kaheen aur nikal jaegi.. I don't want to derail this thread.. I am still believing that it (Dawn Leaks) is a trap for NS in a longer run.. unless I don't see things moving in the right direction.. Har baar nahi hota yaar.. Pakistan ko tabah hotay dekha nahi jata apni aankhon ke saamnay..

Yeh becharay my poor brothers living in villages are not having 2 meals a day, not having access to proper medical facilities, schools, clean water etc.. they haven't seen life yet.. They have accepted the current condition as the best life that could have..

Grand view is important to realise that things are actually moving in the right direction.

Dekhain, har jagah grand plan nahi hota.. While things are certainly moving in the right direction, for example against MQM (London), but have we forgotten that the same happened in 90s and then we let the party take the power again. At that time as well, a powerful institution was in their favor and they shut everyone's mouth by saying it is in the interest of the country.. Ask those whose loved ones lost their lives on 12th May and Baldia Town...

Cheezain isi tarha agay barhti raheen tou kafi log inn logon ke haathon aur marain ge, bhook aur goli dono se, unn ko satisfy kijiey ga aap ke everything is happening as per plan..

Jis ki jaan chali gaee, uss ko kia maloom kia plan tha aur kitnay saal woh plan implement hota raha..

bro, you must realise that CPEC, doing away dependency on US weapons, army's internal security campaigns, etc are ALL planned and part of the grand plan! Nothing about these is ad-hoc and to keep these projects on track is the utmost priority.

Judiciary have passed the buck to Establishment. Anyhow I have no faith anymore in any due process in Pakistan. Inalillahi wa ina elahi rajeion!

When the Panama verdict was announced images of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif celebrating with his family were splattered across the media with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has distributed sweets among its followers.

Five days after the verdict, reports have emerged that Nawaz Sharif seems to be ‘unhappy’ with the team of lawyers who represented his family in the Panama case, it was pointed out in Geo News show Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath on Tuesday.

Speaking on the issues, Geo News special correspondent Zahid Gishkori remarked that Nawaz Sharif had to evaluate why the verdict was not completely in his favour.

Reports suggest that PM Nawaz Sharif was disappointed with his legal team, and hasn’t even talked to them or engaged in any legal consultancy since the verdict was announced, remarked the special correspondent.

Sources revealed that the senior lawyer, representing the Sharif family, had given them wrong advice. The Sharif family had provided the legal team with all the necessary documents yet two of the lawyers did not present them in front of the court.

Moreover, PM Nawaz Sharif is also said to be upset over the manner the legal team presented the Qatari letter in the court, said Gishkori.

He added, the Sharif family has all the required documents and will present them in front of Joint-Investigation Team, according to the source.

Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan Salman Akram Raja, who represented Nawaz Sharif’s sons, has also not made any statement since the verdict was announced, it was pointed out in the show.

On January 4, PM and his children had submitted documents in SC notifying a change of counsel in the Panamagate case. According to the documents, Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan Makhdoom Ali Khan, would represent the PM instead of Salman Aslam Butt.

Hassan and Hussain Nawaz were to be represented by Salman Akram Raja, while Shahid Hamid will represent Maryam Nawaz and Ishaq Dar

Another possible surprise coming up re JIT - proponents of change will welcome it - while proponents of status quo will not pleased in the same way Sharif's were pleased initially after the verdict and then ....we all know
