Cold Start doctrine has been debunked by GoI itself while your Govt and Military exults in FSD and anyway if India does not embark on Cold Start or any offensive large scale action then there is no need for alarm right?

Fact of the matter, it is India which took Kashmir to UN. And It was India which had only legal document of accesion to Kashmir. Having sent its tribal and then regular forces to invade Kashmir. Pakistani invasion had no legality. Hence it was and is a occupying force.

As per UN resolutions, Pakistan were required to remove all its tribal and invasion forces from Kashmir...where as India was allowed to maintain troops in entire Kashmir region, for law and order purposes.

My friend there will all always be unresolved issues. India and China have unresolved issues but no one thinks they are going to go nuclear on each other. Why is that? Because both countries have No First Use Policy, Both Countries have decided to de-escalate even if they don't find solutions.

May be Pakistan should take lessons from China regarding how survive peacefully and prosper along with neighbors despite having unresolved territorial issues with them?

UN resolution states all Pakistani have to leave Kashmir. Whereas only Indian security forces will remain in Kashmir for law and order purposes.

The Government of Pakistan should undertake to use its best endeavours:
To secure the withdrawal from the State of Jammu and Kashmir of tribesmen and Pakistani Nationals not normally resident therein.

The Government of India should:
When it is established to the satisfaction of the Commission set up in accordance with the Council’s resolution of 20 January that the tribesmen are withdrawing and that arrangements for the cessation of the fighting have become effective, put into operation in consultation with the Commission, a plan for withdrawing their own forces from Jammu and Kashmir and reducing them progressively to the minimum strength required for the support of civil power in the maintenance of law and order;

Show us document of accession, Pakistan signed with Hyderabad or Junnagadh and then compare with Kashmir.
