This contraption exists in exactly one state called West Bengal. Everyhere else people have been liberated from this contraption. We can gift you this state with the only caveat at either the current or past Chief Minister should also become Pak PM- deal?

What exactly is the connection between "seemingly permanent state of disadvantage' and the preceding paragraph's statement of 'it's role as Punjab's conduit to the sea'?

With respect to the argument that 'Sindh is unlikely to meet its full social and economic potential in the absence of major qualitative changes to the Pakistani state' that is true of all of Pakistan and essentially applies to almost every developing country.

Yes you can on one condition. That the moment the transfer takes place I give up my Pak citizenship which is exchanged for Indian citizenship.

And I believe although West Bengal is the "pulling capital" of India the practice is found in other parts of India even if it is not as prevalent. Also the the bike version seems to be more popular. I guess this is significant improvement however it still depends on human articulation. Something akin to having donkey on a treadmill. New Delhi below.

Ah, yes, of course. Since India had already illegally invaded and annexed the Pakistani territory of Junagadh, perhaps this was their way of offsetting that impact.

That was not donation because this suggests the doner lost something. When you lose or give up something and in doing so inadvertantly gain it does not quite fit in with the definition of "donation".
