That is true and need of hour to resolve our issues as we are no small countries and with power the great responsibilities comes along so I believe all this hocus pocus of West is nothing but propaganda. Indeed our arsenal is increasing with a fast pace but I believe we may not keep more then 240 to 360 warheads in our arsenal in different states like a very very few would be in ready to use condition and rest in disassembled or separated condition and we already know that it's not just the matter of building weapons it's about keeping them safe as well and building strategies and deterrence around them.
I wish and I believe neither India nor Pakistan ever going to use this horrific weapon against each other ever and all of the escalation will be diffused and problems will be resolved by dialogues.
A very few people know about delivery systems R&D in Pakistan and it's in progress no less then the pace of any other country. But we have our own way to handle it and we never give away any information openly a classic example for that is when India Pakistan were having a treaty for informing each other before testing of weapons during Musharraf era. While Pakistan was asking to include cruise missile but Indian delegation refused to include cruise missiles as they had no clue regarding Pakistan could have such sophisticated technology. As they leave in evening Pakistan replies with a bang of a test without declaring on next morning and India complain that we had not been informed before the test so they been answered that despite of our insistence cruise missiles were not included.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The report entitled, 'A Normal Nuclear Pakistan,' published by the US think tank Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on Thursday, predicts that if Pakistan continues to grow its nuclear arsenal at the current pace, it will take just ten years for the country to become the world's third-largest nuclear power, after the United States and Russia.

The "projections [in the report] for the future are highly exaggerated. Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state, not a reckless one," The Financial Times quoted a senior Pakistani government official as saying.

The newspaper also quoted Hasan Askari Rizvi, a Pakistani security commentator, as saying that Islamabad's nuclear program was conceived to deter New Delhi, implying that the rate of its expansion is inextricably linked to India's program.

Currently, Pakistani has the sixth-largest nuclear arsenal in the world, behind the United States, Russia, France, China and the United Kingdom.
