Pakistan's Loss: A Disaster or a Blessing

I made my point clear in the first post. There is no model Islamic country at this moment in time. Pakistan is definitely not one of them, or even close.

I am talking about why Pakistan was made in theory in the first place....not the future implementation of that.

We all did not even give a 10 - 20 attempted window at an independent loose federation (with clauses for seperation at end of that)....and I take joint blame on that (but thats another matter).

So obviously it was formed with such a rush on the basis of something right? You said that is not Islam, so I am asking you to explain what you think it was:

Bro don't come with this Pakistan was made in the name of Islam etc etc. I don't buy into it, man is flawed, our way of life isn't. No country/government or any other similar entity in the world follows Islam accordingly. Leave our perfectly fine religion out of this.

Generally people are not pro-India in my opinion. By its actions Indian government has proven it is not a friend of people in Bangladesh.

And Bangladeshis are busy looking forward, not dwelling in 1971.

News outlets are controlled by present regime and is not indicative of popular sentiment.

However Pakistan government has a lot to do to restore normalcy in ties with Bangladesh government and to bring back basic trust.

From my perspective 1971 was a blessing. BD i do not believe would be in the same economic position as it is now under a united Pakistan.

East Pakistan was a burden for west Pakistan. Good riddance to poverty of Bangladesh.
