Pakistan's indigenous armed drone conducts first night-time strike

. .
I think your knowledge about Burraq drone is very limited. Military grade GPS is available to every country regardless of presence of its own satellites. In fact Chinese Beidu and Russian Glonas are also available and reliable substitues for PAK. Burraq relies on radio comm for its mission relay and targeting info and it uses Laser guided weapons which can be locked from Radio link so actually only GPS availability is required for Drones location info. for Communication and targeting , radio link is there.

Rather your knowledge of functioning of GPS is very limited.

Military grade GPS deciphers the precision code or 'P' code in the GPS signal and has single digit CEP, is only available to US and it allies, that too only on American weapons and only after the said country has signed agreements like EULA.
i.e A military grade GPS even if provided to Pakistan can not used by it on any of its indigenous platforms.

What is freely available is civilian grade GPS, that reads the Course Acquisition code embedded in the GPS signal.
Such a GPS has CEP 30 meters.

Similarly with Glonass and Beidou.

Is Infrared technology used for night vision capability ?

Yes ! Infrared technology is used for night vision purposes.
Infrared night vision systems use a sensor called a microbalometer that reads the difference in temperature between an object and its environment to create an image of that object. The data from the microbalometer is then sent to a display so the operator can see it. Thermal night vision is not optical.

Truth hurts....you relax and think for a momement. When you can't even built a weather satellite , how can you built a night vison drone supported by GPS technology ?

There are few things above drone like
1 . satellite
2. Satellite integration
3. Satellite relays.

All you know is few feet above the earth. There are few things beyound that..Let me limit to your knowledge.

So according to your tiny brain Pakistan don't have access these things?. Keep dreaming

Ok Einstein now do some research on Pak China co-operation on Military Satellite and then you come to know where we are standing.

We can't build weather satellite, but we have built the Armed Drone... Everyone can see. Agar jal rahi hai to baraf rakho neechay burnol nai ghar pe to.

There is a reason why Pakistan is an associate member of CERN..ahead of India...

Welcome Associate Members

Pakistan becomes Associate Member State of CERN | CERN

India to be CERN Member Soon: Official -The New Indian Express

The Associate Membership of Pakistan will open a new era of cooperation that will strengthen the long-term partnership between CERN and the Pakistani scientific community. Associate Membership will allow Pakistan to participate in the governance of CERN, through attending the meetings of the CERN Council. Moreover, it will allow Pakistani scientists to become members of the CERN staff, and to participate in CERN’s training and career-development programmes. Finally, it will allow Pakistani industry to bid for CERN contracts, thus opening up opportunities for industrial collaboration in areas of advanced technology.

Pakistan has access to military service of BeiDou which has a reported accuracy of 10 centimetres.

What makes you think we dont access to beidou Military signals?

Secondly Missiles fired are Called LASER GUIDED MISSILES for a reason. GPS is required after a certain range such as long range operation which not only requires GPS but also satellite data link for continuous monitoring. Currently Pakistan only relies on ground based data link which has a max range of 450km.

No.bro no..

...To write , you should know the alphabets...the same way, if you can't built a satellite ...ok forget about the wings of drone.

We can't build weather satellite, but we have painted the Chinese smuggled Drone...
No shame to claim...

Pakistan got CERN by lucky draw...

Pakistan uses Chinese Beiduo GPS system for military use, not the US one

Not infra red, they use thermal imaging which is way better than infra red

Hahaha but that is Israeli drone hahaha assembled in india under Israeli supervision :cuckoo:

Let me come to your level...
We can get Chinese car Geely and Rolls-Royce , which one you choose?
Rolls-Royce right?
Same here....

You choose the Chinese one we chose the Israeli.
