What can I elaborate more so the people who want our justice system back have nothing to do with it or this country. This vacation land of their choosing has democracy now? The suffering will continue for the common folk of Pakistan who have to deal with this corruption at a very real level. Let the raping of the country begin once again!!!

That much people are intellectual. I have posted a link for anybody to download the full jurisdiction of the hijacking case so one can understand why the verdict went in the favor of NS. However, instead of reading and commenting on the verdict, here we are hearing the same un-educated rant from the dictator-supporters that the CJ favored NS. This is our dilemma, of our country, that we don’t want to read or get first hand knowledge. We believe in conspiracies, in rumors and assuming things. From time to time I also post columns and articles mostly by fairly impartial and senior journalists. Judging from the 'visited' column, it appears that mostly such threads are not visited and if visited, hardly some one bothers to read or analyze the contents. It is really strange that people do not want to get themselves educated on the matter, yet want to contribute in the discussion.

Regarding the 'Hijacking' case....following are the main points that resulted in the verdict in favor of NS.

1. FIR was submitted after one full one month.
2. FIR was submitted by the protocol officer Lt. Col Ateeq, who had no knowledge of what was happening.
3. No black-box recordings were presented in the court.
4. The log book that records the amount of the fuel in the plane was not presented in the court.
5. Army did not conduct a formal inquiry

Now if someone still thinks that the CJP or the SC did undue favor to NS, well, it is up to him. These dictator-supporters should not question the integrity of the honorable Justices but the intelligence and the professionalism of the military personnel who were involved in the inquiry and responsible for collecting or ‘cooking’ the evidences.
