Pakistan Cricket has always been known for producing lethal fast bowlers in the cricket world. The 16-years old pace sensation—Naseem Shah— is one such talent who could be making headlines with his lethal pace in Pakistan’s upcoming test series against Australia.

Coach and Chief Selector of the national cricket team has heaped big praise on the 16-years old. Just like all of us, Misbah too is looking forward to seeing Naseem Shah bowl on the bouncy wickets of Australia.

“We are looking forward to him bowling in Australian conditions, which will give him some assistance with pace and bounce,” Misbah told reporters.

Misbah ul Haq further added that everyone is excited to see him bowl against Australia. The cricket team’s coach went on to add that Naseem Shah has the ability to bowl well both with new and old ball.

“Everyone is excited to get him in the team also and see how he bowls in Australia. It will help that he can bowl in good areas. He can bowl really well with the new and old ball. He is doing that in first-class already. We are looking forward to him putting the ball in the right areas at that pace, it could be a surprise packet,” Misbah ul haq said.
Despite playing just 5 first class matches, Naseem Shah managed to pick a spot in the senior team. The 16-years old has 17 wickets to his name since making his debut for Lahore last year.

Shah is looking forward to making an impression against the aussies if provided with an opportunity.

“I aim to make an impression with my speed and swing if given a chance in the Tests against Australia,” Shah said.

Naseem Shah further said that he will try to make use of the conditions.

“The conditions in Australia help fast bowlers. My aim is to make maximum use of the conditions and give a tough time to the home side,” Naseem Shah said.

Naseem Shah idolizes former Kiwi speedster Shane Bond. If the youngester is given the opportunity against Australia, he would be the ninth youngest player to play test cricket.

We play them young. If they are consistent they play long. If they fail they disappear very quickly.

most of his deliveries are too short or wide. very few deliveries were outstanding and will trouble most batsmen. he has pace but his line and length is not right. he should get training from wasim Akram or waqar youns for atleast 2 years before giving him chance. with this line and length and his pace he will get hammered. thats the problem with most Pakistani management. they will give him chance because he has pace. pace is not everything. line and length is the key ( Mohammed Asif).

Exposure to Australian/English/South African leagues will affect his mindset for the better. He may end up developing a professional mindset with strong work ethics. He will never be able to mix well with PCB and co.

His shoulder muscles will get better in shape only after 20 so let's not waste him by trying him so early. With dumb selector like Misbah, anything is expected.
