The guys have hit upon an unusual product line! While making some good bucks. Good for them. Also a good opportunity for the designers like the young lady in the video to work the creative juices.

Hope they don't attract the attention of some "nut jobs". Its only business.

^^^ the nutjobs will be glad to know that with these products some infedal rears are being spanked ;)

I don't know how bad India must be, but it is clear to me that Pakistan does not have as many "nut jobs" as India.
Since Indian members are always talking about them, must mean your country is infected by them.

Oh God...! This should have been outlawed because it is against our traditions, our customs, our standards of propriety ! This is just sick whereby an act of 'love-making' has been reduced to this sh*t ! If the Westerners want to do it...good for them but we, by and large, find this socially unacceptable and the Government who can ban the production or the consumption of alcohol is oblivious to such promiscuity right in our midst ! Even if its a business engagement...it shouldn't be allowed for it is in such stark contrast to what we perceive as 'right and wrong' ! Shameful...! Utterly shameful !

Not really. As you said, you really don't know, so why speculate. I said what I did on the basis of what the entrepreneurs said in the video in the OP.
As for obtuse reactions; just read the post following yours (post#13) for instance, will the poster pause to reflect and understand that all this leather gear is being sold and used outside Pakistan.
Its just that people in Pakistan are making a good and legitimate livelihood out of it, not indulging in any deviant behaviour.

Now you'll understand what I said and why I said it. :)

Yes the poster did reflect on that but his principles and that of millions of Muslims does not allow for something that our collective consciousness considers a profanity ! Just as most of the civilized world have certain ethics that define their collective consciousness and they tend to adhere to them quite vociferously and that businesses as per Good Corporate Governance are supposed to reflect the same ethics in their operations; Islamic polity too has an opinion on certain things, it has standards of propriety of her own, a distinct definition of 'right and wrong' and what ethical behaviour a business should adhere to. And as per those morals and ethics of our own...we do not condone such profanity that injures the very fabric of society on the pretext that it generates employment for a few ! Just as one might not apply the same principle of 'its just business and besides we're not doing it ourselves' in cases ranging from the production of even soft-drugs (weed) to something as fundamentally business oriented as a Multi-National having a much weaker sense of one's Corporate Social Responsibility in a country with much weaker legislation , when compared with the parent country of that organization; we wouldn't want our soil, our organizations, our our people, within our jurisdiction, to be involved in anything related to such Sado-Masochistic practises whereby pain and suffering are used to justify the one thing that should bring only joy : Love ! Such is our world-view, such is our belief-system and such are our standards of propriety ! And yes...such is the definition of 'limits' that our communal polity has come up with !
