Sabziyon ka fassad band karo !!
Ghosht ko izat do

Baba ji, a sabzi a day keeps kubz away.
Khaya karo thodi-bahut kabhi-kabhi, once in a while, occasionally, time to time, every now and then,...
Depends which sabzi it is qabz sey sab sey a ha bachao hay keley khao raj key

Just finished a plate of BHINDI.. wow.. cooked in lemon and traditional spices with Onion..

Wow.. just wow.. finished the whole big plate with roti, but Ji nahi bhara..

Will eat again at home..
Bhindi is sazish of khalai makhlok

In AJK we call this sariya na saag... Brilliant with lassi.
Or just saag but in AJK people keep the spices om the minimum compared to other regions particularly in Muzafarabad belt plus they use way to much tamatar whoch in some cases make dishes almost sweet @django

Saron da saag, makki di roti, chitta ghar da makhan, kachi mooli, hari mirch da achaar te fer lassi peyo....gharrde maro fer...Reminds me of my childhood in Indian Punjab.
May be its my Punjabi roots, I adore Pakistani food. Can someone please suggest a good authentic Pakistani food place in Melbourne? Thanks in advance..

My guess is ''even in 2030 India's meat consumption will stay there''.
They need to get their stats right for South Africa. We dont eat lamb.... Sheep (period); it is considered bad omen to eat lamb right across this region. For Isreal, it is most turkey which is consumed not chicken. SA has one of the highest chicken consumption in the world because it is most cheapest protein next to fish available.
