This was very popular once upon a time and the people who would sell then could fashion the candy into so many shapes - even make candy hookahs out of the candy.

Another popular sweet treat among children in Mardan and KPK was molten gur that was dipped onto a short ganne shoot and left to cool down. It tasted amazing and was a desi candy cane 😂

At half time at School canteen, they used to bring Patis and Baqir Khawani. Chana chaat etc.
