At half time at School canteen, they used to bring Patis and Baqir Khawani. Chana chaat etc.

I remember aloo chole guy outside our school ….. he used to have one bucket filled with dirty water and would dip dirty plate after every customer in the same water .
We had no problem eating back then


Good old days of Gulistan school in Karachi until 1989….

Long Chiray the old delicious eating item . Very rarely seen now a days in Karachi's bazars...... its besan ki phulkiyan..soaked in water like we do for dahi baray..and served with chutneys.
