There is a program in collaboration with USAID in which they receive funds, free property, livestock and ect...
Depending on where they are resettling; Pakistan Army has tirelessly built hundreds of schools and health facilities which will also contribute to jobs. Employment is a problem but there are many recently build job centers in which people (mostly adult) can choose a job, be trained and then employed.
