With IK as PM i dont think so.. Because he clearly said it many times that Pakistan wont join any future American War. So there are least chances of Pakistan supporting USA in this war.

Participate how? You didn't in Afghanistan. You just provided route for NATO troops. Do you think Imran would be stupid enough to involve the country in a war with neighboring Iran? US is asking to close the border with Iran so the Iranians dont make base in Pakistan to attack American troops in Iran like the Taliban. Now you are playing with words: "involved" and "participated" have different meanings to people who are in the know and who aren't. Pakistan was an Ally and a partner in the war in Afghanistan. We only fell apart as soon as we realised it was wasting our time and money and US had failed in it's mission.

My question is WHY would US want our help???

I think that it is not a matter of some specific help or role; but US would like Pakistan to be an active part of the alliance, working against Iran and its allies. This active role, Pakistan is denying to play.

oh, you were talking about earlier Afghan mess. Even then it was an army general. My point was it was Musharraf who gave the logistics access to America after 2001. So why curse civilian leadership?

Tell that to sunni Iraqi village women whose men and sons have been picked up and tortured to who knows where by Irani militias corps, gullible Pakistani go do some research to what is happening to Sunnis in Iraq and Syria under the guise of exterminating ISIS.

Should the Iranian Government fall, Pakistan needs to ensure it fully secures Balochistan-Sistan, otherwise, tomorrow that province will be used to damage and destroy CPEC and Balochistan.

Now, Pakistani brothers need to stop making these girly calls of staying "neutral".

Iran was the first Muslim nation cheerleading the invasion of Afghanistan by the US and today their own time has come to pay for that cheerleading mistake.

We should stay neutral, monitor all pro-Iran shia organizations for activities, give ultimatums to Zanabiyoun to return, and refuse to help Americans.

If at any time Indians try to target us from Chahbahar or Iran takes action against our state. We are totally within our right to take Sistan-Balochistan back to secure our borders during that war.

Afterwards the future of those areas can be discussed with the next government of Iran, but Sunni Baloch should merge with Pakistan. They have suffered enough.

Also good for Iran, they will become an almost 100% Shia country minus some Sunni Persians.

I know extreme, but it becomes imperative after Chahbahar.
