The pitch should be preserved for other scheduled matches I presume ICC was mentioning about future wherin such acts would lead to arrests and prosecution.

i doubt if that was the case. Everyone knows how biased ICC can be when it comes to Pakistan. Seriously i am not surprised one bit.
