This is perhaps fortunately/unfortunately true. The few I have met had a negative view of their parent country (namely Pakistan). Though they had no particular affinity towards India(they were neutral), but preferred US, or Germany to Pakistan for some reason or another.

I am sorry but thats wrong!!
Pakistani Ahmadis contributed towards "creation" of Pakistan. I know for a fact you wont find a single Pakistan ahmadi who would be traitor of Pakistan. But the negative you hear is more like out of pain for whats happening in the country and a wish that it gets better.
People can say all crap they want but its a fact that no one can bring a single case where Pakistani Ahmadis worked against the interest of Pakistan. Love for country is being taught to us as part of Religion. It doesn't matter Pakistan own us or not but we are Pakistanis for life. Its an unconditional love which will last forever
