and at age more than 40 most of these chishmish spend their time in few square feet cabins aka clinics making money and have not much time for kids and wives . hmmmmm money ?

u r making it sound so tragic,,,already students r apprehensive about joining medicine.
kids,,dont listen to her.
the job does have alot of perks too just for starters,,,imagine beautiful young bubbly females(read nurse) hounding u all day long...
