He did not mean that. He is referring (derogatorily) to the Muhajirs of Karachi, Hyderabad in Pakistan. You need to understand many Pakistanis look down upon the Muhajirs as some sort of lesser people because they came from India. This poster is probably one such.

The book that talks rubbish about meat eating is some guide book of a church (pentacostal IIRC), not a textbook.

Also, the only reference to Aurangzeb (other than his pure politics and wars) in Maharashtra textbooks was that he had a simple lifestyle and earned his living by making skullcaps even though he was king. I mention this because Havizsultan has a strage (like all his ideas about india) notion about maharashtra.
