re us Pakistanis let me rant on us a little bit.
we are upset very upset that we are not seen as Arabs. we try to celebrate the Arab, Persian, Afghan or Turkish conquest and victories and then we are told by the respective countrymen that those are only their nation related achievements and we got nothing to be proud of and we shouldnt try to paint their achievements as ours

and this angers us. we are not Arabs nor Persians and not even Indians so we latch into the best thing which Americans and their Saudi partners introduced during the so called Afghan Jihad in the 80s and the sectarian fight that Iran and Saudis have been fighting in our part of the region.

its a shame that the mere mention of any places of conflict or KSA v Iran just puts a sizzling rod of pain in the arse of sectarian bigots and what could be a civilized criticism of Iran or KSA on their foreign policy and conduct ends up turning into a sectarian ranting.

I used to get very annoyed in such threads ending into a sectarian insult match but now I am as indifferent to that as you and I would be .. erm lets take an example as indifferent as say what are the demands of the opposition in Brazil.

Iran has condemned an "inhumane" terrorist attack on a hotel in the southwestern Pakistani port city of Gwadar, saying the Islamic Republic fully supports the Pakistani government in its fight against terror.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Moussavi on Saturday said terrorist groups threaten security, peace and development in the two countries but Tehran backs Islamabad in efforts to maintain stability in the region.

"We stand by the Pakistani government and nation with our full potential and determination," the Iranian spokesman said.

Gunmen stormed a five-star hotel in Gwadar, the centerpiece of a multi-billion dollar Chinese infrastructure project in the country.

Sir g..even Military courts can't touch Ramzan Mengal. I can only wonder who is powerful enoygh..cannot be politicians because theyve been changed and theyre hopeless against him.
