I can think of only two Pakistani actresses with GENUINE green and blue eyes.

Salma Agha - Genuine Green eyes

Shanina eyes were mentioned in the book "Stars from Another Sky" written by famous short story writer Saadat Hassan Manto..

I used to think Neeli also have genuine blue eyes.. but they are blue contacts... :rofl:

I know many real Pakistanis (Pakistanis who arent actresses/actors/models) who have natural blue or green eyes.

Some of my family members have natural green eyes and one of my good friend has natural blue eyes, all are 100% Punjabi Pakistani and dont want to enter show business but they are much better looking than our actors/actresses/models.

Blue eyes/Green eyes are much more common in NWFP/FATA and Kashmir not so much in Punjab though but you do find some Punjabi Pakistanis with Blue eyes/green eyes.
