Yeah I think it was Pindi... The guy was doing everything he must've seen on TV. At least hes working out. Ever seen out of shape people just starting to workout? They look and do more ridiculous things, you got to stick to it (and perhaps take a few training classes to get some sort of regimentation into your program).
