nah it was an Indian movie, not WAAR, although the actors were really good but couldn't match the intensity of Few Good Men.


They are far better than Indian saas bahu stuff.

yeah Shaurya .... if anyone who haven't seen the original, they might find it quite interesting but otherwise it was a torture to sit through the whole movie.

Tamil movies are good, many have a very good story line.. I watched some dubbed and remakes..

yeah some of the southern movies be it Telugu, tamil are pretty good. Now a days bollywood is reproducing those only. specially the Sallu's movies.

hows the movie ... wanted to watch it last night but after watching comedy movies, I was kind of confused to switch to serious movies. was looking forward to see the Kaum de heere though.

I've seen it & found it some how Identical to Sada Haq. Kiron Kher acting is amazing, so are the songs.

Even I wanted to see that movie, but stupid government banned it. Hope movie gets leaked on YT & .....

First of all Shame on you! You are quoting something which is totally not in existence for Last 40 Years . Since Pakistan film Industry been shifted to Lahore it deteriorated gradually. What ever the software people were making their was for particular kind of audience who had left the cinema for far better content available at cable channels and eventually it dies its own death.

Tau bhai if you want to talk about film in historical scenario then the era of mid 70's may be a little better with content and technology even your cinema copied a lot from Pakistani cinema. Our industry down fall begins in late 70's and gradually goes down and in the end while its at its last breath directors tried out and follow Indian style of movies and content but you know "Kawwa Chala Hans ki chaal Upni bhi bhool gaya" eventually we had lost all audience and industry been shut down.

Now Preash Rawal never drag in Pakistani film industry because he already know it has nothing to compare it even didn't exist. But he is talking about shows and its content which is Pakistani Drama which is an ever rich entity with content subject presentation and every thing from the very beginning.

In the end you quote about now a days production then IMHO you are totally unaware of what New Pakistan Film Industry is producing. Its mostly Karachi based and I hope Lahore Industry will learn fast and going to make good films in near future.

As far as Indian movies and Pakistani drama well you an not compare drams with movies but yes Pakistani drama had always been on top. Quality stuff.

Pakistani movies currently are trash Indian film industry is a different ball game even if subject is poorest and copied one but the other factors specially technology used makes it big

I recently started watching Indian movies and go for movies of few selected actors which i senses sign good subjective movies.

highway was not appreciated enough by the indian movie goers. it seems ppl go to movies for some mindless action or plotless melodramas.
personally highway made me the fan of Imtiaz Ali......except for some occasional ramlings from alia, I think the movie is a gem. i wud prescribe a bit of ganja and a dark room while watching this movie.

But according to some indians here in PDF no one in india watches Pakistani shows althought according to FB, youtube, and elite & educated indians its opposite even i have seen indians girls are just dying to see Pakistani Telefilm Behadd today on some indian channels. nyways Pakistani dramas are really worth watchhing and every new drama creating history and also now they are dubbed in different languages like Arabic & Turkish.
