This was a military trial.. There are no 1000's of cases there. He is not being punished for finding OBL, he is being punished for a step he took just before doing this amazing deed. Which was treason.

There is no problem if your govt helps cia .. There is no problem if isi helps cia .. But if a ordinary citizen helps them he gets 30 years in jail !!!
If interpol announced prize money on obl head ,and your govt officially trying to arrest him, whats the problem if ordinary citizen tries to get that prize ?

You may twist the logic but the whole world is watching ..
This episode only sends the signal that obl was a guest in your place not a terrorist ..
In our part of world if some ordinary citizen helps the authority in his personal ability he will be rewarded ..

There is absolutely no problem if the government helps the CIA. In this case that did not happen. The CIA helped itself to the paid employee of the Pakistan army. The backlash of the country not knowing about this raid was appalling. Everyone is right to do what they did in this scenario. You can not land medals on this guy by the government that got complicit in the OBL drama because of him.

yea, in our part of the world, the ordinary citizen helps the authorities of the country of which he holds his citizenship

or does it only work if the citizen is working for foreign entity in "your part of the world"?

I will wait and see how you guys react when some Mr Patel or Mr Kumar sells out the whereabouts of Bramdagh Bugti when he makes his next visit to India and dies due to "unnatural" causes.

we will definitely praise that Mr Kumar or Mr Patel for his heroic efforts in brining a terrorist to justice.
