This is true. It's getting harder and harder for Pakistanis to find jobs outside of the most Pakistani populated areas. We're earning less too.
if you are a Canadian citizen then I tell you few of my experience. If you go for a job interview and no matter how good you answer, you don’t get job because your name is Haneef/ Mohammad/ Saleem/ Iqbaal etc then its you who have to find the reason behind it . Im registered as sunny in Centrelink, Medicare, in Voting list etc of Australia then there is a reason behind it…….. I even know few muslims who say that they couldn’t get promotions because they don’t drink in usual official parties. while on the other hand, there were few from India who not only drink with their bosses in usual parties, have dated few of the women of the organizations they work for, and with having a english name, they are very successful there . if you will show Sharafat to a western girl because you have your wife back in pakistan, for example, then she will only think of you like a shiiiit. even western men want only those migrants who earn and have fun with their women in that western country, they don’t want those people who work there and send money to their dependents back home……...
if you can’t adopt their culture, you are more likely to fall below the low income group people. they would simply kick your a$$ if your presence among them will show that they are not good people, by presence of your sharafat among them. they know that they have become like this and they will invite Muslims in their society only if it will give them a sense of pride to be western. Your sharafat will only harm you. they hate the culture you proud on
