Hello friends. Ive saved enough money to buy a few Pakistani books (in English). Specifically books with good historical facts about Pakistan. Anybody know of any good books? Please share

i've been looking into some novels based in the pakistani setting

so far i've got is "Reluctant Fundamentalist" and "Moth Smoke"

haven't got to read either yet.

you can buy Trek to Pakistan, its a small yet a great study on PAKistan movement and its historical background, you can study contemporary affairs by Safdar Mehmood. also look up for Pakistan the formative phrase by Khalid bin saeed....if you can specify your interest maybe then we would be in a better position to suggest. :)

I dont know much, but I am enjoying the book:

Jinnah,
through my eyes

by Ata Rabbani. (Ex PAF)

Is there any book fair held in Pakistan in every year?

We have a great book fair in Dhaka in every February for one month. That book fair is very very much popular here.
