Pakistan warns on critics of Sri Lanka » The Nation

Pakistan making a special statement says that those who have been critical of Sri Lanka’s effort to overcome terrorism and separatism funded from abroad would do well to look at their own track record on the so-called war on terror.

Permanent Representative of Pakistan Zameer Akram made these observations in a statement to the media on Friday commenting on the Report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for the Human Rights on Sri Lanka.

Its great to see predictions coming true :tup:. Pakistan has already started to take steps towards becoming a regional influence over the next decade.

The UN deal with India last week, and now this statement clearly outlines Pakistan's policy towards its future direction in becoming a regional power. Add NASDAQ's invite to Pakistan and Dr. Lodhi's speech to invite US investors, growing friendship with Russia, saying a loud no to KSA and the UAE on Yemen, WHILE, still being able to get a journalist back from KSA's jail (sent there for 8 years); clearly tells us where NS wants Pakistan to go, and what others have started to perceive Pakistan as, i.e. a near-future regional power .

Who in Pakistan could've thought all of the above I mentioned, were events possible JUST three years ago? Good work by the government of Pakistan in establishing Pakistan a system, and setting Pakistan on a path to become a growing regional power. And already being able to use her influence across many countries to get things done and forming mutual alliances. Way to go  :enjoy:!!!!!
