You nailed it, They don't trust any one specially countries from Asia. Even we have sacrificed so much for them I guess we need to come up with our on Collaboration (NATO) Style. I'd say China,Pakistan,Bangladesh,Malaysia,Srilanka and Russia it does not have any issues

Sooner or later we will get our hands on Drone technology and with time it will mature.
