I think instead of rising size of army we should focus on high quality weapon procurement when our economy is already weak and in no position to support such large army.Better equipped and trained army of small numbers hasmore chances of win than poorly equipped large army

So, this is a new division being raised.

Gwadar should be given a special status, with checkpoints all around it, with highly trained police. We cannot afford the trouble makers entering this area. Anybody who enters it should be checked and one needs a special permit to enter. Make it like Dubai. No beggars, no thief's, no terrorists, no corrupt officials. Let the gwadar brand make the noise

Obviously from day one you can't induct thousands of troops, first comes a skeleton and then gradually they get their own manpower.
