actually I think this is a smart move on Pakistan's part - it removes one of the potential reasons that could be cited against it to keep it in FATF grey list or worse. It does not release Yadav so it is a no cost no-brainer thing.

Even more importantly if by sheer chance however low it is, if in future an international court asks India to oblige Pakistan in a comparable case/situation how can Pakistan ask anything without complying with ICJ now?

STFU. We give a middle finger to you and the whole world as far as FATF goes. That is far from a life and death matter to Pakistan. Countries have seen far worse and defaulted. They are still around and the world moves on.

As for ICJ, Nawazoo is paying the ultimate price for his transgression. He will die in prison and Modi cannot save his buddy. Jadhav will be in Pak custody and probably die like a coward behind bars. ICJ or anyone else cannot change that fact.

ROfl stupid post, FATF has nothing to do with what Pakistan does with Jadhav. FATF blackmail won't help much for India which you would see in coming weeks.

Why are you so concerned about Pak economy when contracting Indian economy has lost over 500000 jobs in the manufacturing and auto sector this fiscal year alone.

you're right, Indian economy is slowing down according to reports. For one thing, given the population growth India needs to generate several million jobs each year and they have not been. It is probably the big issue India faces.

Not concerned about Pakistan economy - only know what I read but I know this much: anytime in any situation, if pressure keeps building up without an escape valve, things explode. With both India and Pakistan under pressure (India for jobs, Pakistan for economic float) it is actually a welcome thing in my opinion that the two governments find such (however small and inconsequential it may seem to emotionally intense people) avenues as consular access, Kartapur etc.

Don't forget, a lot of Indians are fans of Imran Khan and that has nothing to do with politics or religion. Pakistan (and India) I think have a unique opportunity to work things out while Imran is around leading Pakistan

So what has Pakistan got to loose by giving the access to the endians. They've already milked the cow so to say. All the endians will get is salt in their wounds.
