Pakistan to give access to Russia to warm Water

This development is positive for both Russia and Pakistan. Russia and China should not have to go across the Pacific, China Sea or the Indian Ocean to do commerce with Africa and the Middle East. They can bypass this through Pakistan. Pakistan and Russia can mutually benefit from each other.

Exactly. We would prefer to have Pakistan brothers as our close trading partner too. If there are opportunities to be explored and benefits to be shared, it would be between China and Pakistan. Now Pakistan will have another strong political player and military power to work with. I am sure given time Pakistan will develope into a big financial hub. Pakistan have huge untapped potential.
