It is well acknowledged that the India-Pakistan border is the biggest nuclear flashpoint on Earth:

Not even the border between North and South Korea is a bigger flashpoint. South Koreans don't even have nukes.

It's never wrong to prepare for a Nuclear war, we were during it during the Cold War, so was America and so was Russia. If you're not prepared then you are vulnerable.
