financial and as well as almost non-existence commercial market for Satellites in Pakistan. Our need for satellites launchings would increase after 2030, therefore it will require homegrown launching facility.

As far as capability is concern I think in IDEAS-2016 or 2018 we have already officially announced by former Minister of Defence Rana Tanveer that Pakistan have technical capability of ICBM and SLV.
