#1. How Can Pakistan Survive After the Massive TOTAL KILL ( Pakistan DOES NOT HAVE SLBMs ) Indian Retaliation ? After You FIRST USe the Tactical Nuke, INDIA Will ( As Per Its Policy ) Use 90% of Its Weapons.

#2. Pakistan DOES NOT HAVE Enough Nukes to DO THAT , Even in First Strike.
The Point Is, WHY Will you Go for a TOTAL MASSIVE Nuclear War , Against a Conventional Attack by India ( As India WILL NOT Use Nukes First ) and Commit Suicide. ?

#2. Lets Assume, Pakistan Can Do That...Pakistan MUST MASSIVELY ( With 2000 Nukes due to India's Size ) USE , STRATEGIC NUKES, FIRST ( Its has a First Use Policy ) , If It Really Needs to Go for a Nuclear War. This May ( You CANT KILL Indian SLBMs ) reduce Indian Retaliation but still India will be Left with Enough Nukes in Boomers to Retaliate.

#4. My Initial Stand Still Holds. Tactical Nukes are a Suicide, Atleast Against India.

1. No need to. Targeting population centers and inflicting more damage than India can reciprocate is enough.
2. Close to impossible. PN will be too busy in defending the shores, surface vessels and keeping the limited 2nd strike capability alive.
3. It is not. That is why an "option" has been provided. We could ask the same question, how wise is it to go for a full scale 100% nuclear strike against a tactical nuclear attack on a foreign soil which left only a few hundred dead?
