SAHEEN SAHEEN SAHEEN SAHEEN........
where is MIRV ababeel???
nothing new happened in this test...
I'll never understand the fanboyism over ICBMs when Pakistan has more pressing issues that could use our limited resources. Unless India place its nuclear weapons outside of Shaheen-3 range, there is little incentive for Pakistan to work on ICBMs.
India already operates 2 SSBN outside of Shaheen 3 range...
i think Pakistan should do work on nuke sub reactor..

So?

Pakistan demonstrated the capability to launch an SLCM from submerged platform back in 2017.

Is there more detail on the roadmap for one to read about?
It's called 'Space Vision 2040'.

There was a PowerPoint deck online at one point.

Here's the summary:

  • Vision 2040 started with the launch of Paksat-1R on 11 August 2011.
  • In July 2011, the National Command Authority approved the Space Program 2040.
  • Five GEO and six LEO satellites will be launched till 2040.
  • Pakistan announced, on 25 October 2018, that Pakistan is going to send an astronaut into space in 2022 with the help of China.
  • Pakistan wants to built its own launcher and expecting complete self-reliance before 2040.

that was from a regular diesel electric sub,not from any nuke sub..
if u keep ur nuke arsenal out of range of any missile u have to use nuke sub..

Agosta Submarines have a range of 13,769km which is enough to encircle India's Western and Eastern coast and put half of the country into the range of Babur-III

Both were kings from present day Afghanistan. Yai identity crisis khatam karo bhai kaha central asia arbo turko kay pechay lag gaye ho.

Indus valley civilization has its own unique history and we have nothing to do with central asians or turks or arab
Would love to hear your latest missiles being named after Porus or Ranjit Singh :D
Oh inferiority-complex k maray huay insaan....read my post again and how your categorization of "foreign" vs "local" is not applicable to those times (Adbali was born in Multan btw. He was a Pashtun. How is he foreign?) More importantly, those "invasions" made the existence of Pakistan possible. Without Maratha decimation at Panipat-3, Pakistan would not have come into existence and most likely Brits would have been routed out before they could establish themselves beyond Bengal.

Have you....ever....read a single book on history or you just keep repeating what Wikipedia and indian trolls online feed you to advance their agenda and worldview and historically illiterate Pakistanis like you gobble it up like naswaar.

Do yourself a favor...read this article written by an ex-Indian military officer turned historian. I have underlined it for you because kids like you have an attention span of 5 secs. Understand history in its context and not whatsapp forwards.

Without Abdali's decimation of Hindu Marathas, there would not be any Pakistan as the entire region would have been "saffronized" by force and there was nothing Muslims could do about it.

Now stfu and stop replying to me with your laughably trite takes copied from Tarek Fatah
A little off-topic but Marathas had muslim soldiers and generals as well and it was not just a Hindu vs Muslim fight at Panipat.

Quite disappointing, at least in terms of the military-specific application, but at a national level, there are so many issues and factors eating into financial resources - don't really envisage much more than what is being done.

To have a sufficient second strike deterrent, Pakistan would require something along the lines of the US Ohio Class subs. The multitude of targets within India demand such a capability. Otherwise, the current situation would be a little more than nuisance value.

I think the next breakthroughs worth listening for are:
  • announcements re: new rocket technology in the Shaheen 2 and Shaheen 3 (e.g., Shaheen 3A)
  • improvements in terminal warheads (e.g., atmospheric maneuvering)
  • induction of a new SRBM similar to Iskander
  • satellite launch vehicles (SLV)

What about something in class of DF-17 or HGV across the board?

Instead of lecturing us on our identity crisis why don't you tell us about our "correct" heritage and the names we should use instead of the ones that are being used.

One title of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him is ''Jaame ul Kamalat _ جامع الکمالات" which means that the distinctions of all the previous prophets were collected in prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Similarly this quality of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him will reflect in his followers and a Muslim would be Jew, Christian and Hindu.

A Muslim would use the icons of previous prophets like their language, dress, weapons and other instruments whether it's Star of Jacob, Staff of Moses or Bow of Ram.

These are horizons of Islam. And there's all the freedom.
