They're not Pakistani citizens because they came after 1971. Those who were here before 1971 have retained their citizenship. And it's not like these people don't have a country of their own.
We can certainly assist with financial aid and diplomatic pressure on Myanmar (sounds laughable but it's a try) however we can't take in any refugees. Sorry, we've got a 200,000,000 and growing population of our own besides the millions of refugees from other countries that have been living here for decades.
It isn't whether or not the Rohingya persecution is Pakistan's problem. It's that the OIC chose Pakistan as its spokesman. There could not have been a more hypocritical choice, right? The message sent (intentional or not) is that the OIC doesn't really care about the Rohingya.

Not by citing fact and argument but by decree of Pakistan's H.E.C. it is forbidden to portray Israel positively, under pain of death, either real or academic. So your accusation has no moral merit to it, having compulsion or blind acquiescence behind it. If you want to change that you have to fight for greater freedom of expression in Pakistan - including allowing freedom for Pakistani citizens to advocate prosecuting their soldiers and generals for war crimes they may have committed in the past and today.
