No one from Pakistan asked India to provide cars.

Only the US president carries his own vehicles while traveling abroad. Everyone else uses the vehicles provided to them, given they meet their security needs which I am sure 760Li does pretty well. It does not really matter where Nepal got those cars from. They are the organizers, not India. He is essentially snubbing Nepal not India.

Actually the eight armoured cars are being provided free of cost, the remaining 30 odd cars are being sourced from an Indian car rental firm for which Nepal is paying directly.
