The whole India Pakistan opposing each other thing aside. I agree with Maleeha here. The only reason UN is powerless is bcuz a few major powers have it wrapped around their finger and make it dance to their tunes. UN is not at all what it was intended to be and it will remain that way if this unbalance in power remains.
