In my vision , what I envision is that , of course each Muslim nation will be granted 20 nuclear weapons , with no nuclear codes

b) We should say NO to it in United Nations
c) We need to send a ship to Libya and say look STOP - GET OUR POINT !!! STOP NOW!!
