Its a Libyan Mig 23 held by the rebels, it was taken down by friendly fire (by the libyan rebels as they thought it was a gaddafi plane) or gaddafi forces shot it down.

It would be a great set back if someone how PAF jets were shot. But yes every country in the world should stand up against this and do something one way or another.

I think Muslim Nations should have a doctrine that all countries will have 20 designated nuclear weapons with codes that will be activated upon need

and if any Christian nations desires to attack a muslim country , these nuclear codes would be provided to their head of state - to make sure no more wars break out from "Hero Western Nations over Muslim nations and on price of lives of Muslims"

I think its a great deterrent to allows Christians to focus on their own Lands , and let Muslims run their own lands -

France / Britain have a Tainted - colonist past , and they always haved seeked land and to enslaves other nations

I think its a right move to bring self respect back to Muslim countries as a collective


Because , if UN keeps allowing Christian countries to attack Muslim lands , I am sure Muslims don't want to be part of this entity , and its logical to have a united Nuclear deterrent and also a united missile defense sheild and united navies

That is the only way I see - honor and dignity being brought back in Islamic civilization / countries and please don't ask me if the Muslims will be secular or not

I am sure we will be as secular as Caliph Umar was

Bahrain has armies running nothing happens

But in case of Libya where West Admit it armed the malitia , its ok for the UN to pass a resolution

On what grounds? Its a Libyan internal matter - terrorist are controlling local oil fields and the nation has right to attack malitia who got weapons from West

Muslims need to come to the table and say look this can't keep going on - its simple as that - and be brave - we have to stop getting told what to do by Tyrants from West

Well , alot of muslims feel Bush was also a tyrant did a United Nation resolution get passed , on him

If you want to save Muslims why don't you start with Saving Palestinians ? the answer is simple you are after a military base in North Africa and also need to steal Oil in Libya

So muslim nations need to come to table and find a resolution on the matter - and a nuclear and missile defence sheild program is an ideal way to counter christian agression on muslim lands

No I am just suggesting that , I think the nuclear technology should be shared openly in Muslims hands

In the big picture it will ensure no one uses it -

And , this should prevent any illegal acts of war from outside on Muslim Lands -

Good thinking though it is not possible for every muslim country is not e united at this moment this is the tragedy . do you know Arab league also gave their notion on no fly zone = attack and Qater is participating in the Libyan strike ?

Yaar, PAF need to step up more offensive exercises, be proactive. Libya's opposition party need urgent help, we should immediately to deploy its PAF to destroy Gaddafi's compounds. It is perfect opportunity and grab a little oil. Being defensive is a bit boring now in long times.

What can we say regarding drones attack, it is between government's secret approves. No one can't do anything.

So when other countries do exactly what you are suggesting its war on Islam and oppression rather than securing resources for their country and people.

What about the oppression in Bahrain? Should those jets solve that as well?? With statements like that you prove that there is no Islam and religion anymore, rather than some political maneuvering mixed with some medieval rituals.

I think we should be next in line in another 10-12 years , but then again I did not anticipate Libya to be attacked for another 10 years , so you can see anything can happen and if you noticed , Obama stated that he wants to hunt down "a GHOST" into Pakistan

So you can see WAR is already being brought to pakistan , these Ramond Davis people are there to provide weapons to local groups not different then the ones in Libya - as you can see how quickly things escalated in Libya

I think a proper response should be for Turkey - Iran - Pakistan to respond to stop this war Immediately , with China and Russia as secondry sources.

Secondly the nuclear sharing should be made possible as soon as possible to ensure this never happens again.

I really don't see French or British having any balls if they knew they were going up against equally strong forces.

a) We should object to US intervention in Libya
b) We should say NO to it in United Nations

Yar it is their internal matter so no need for us to sneak our nose into their personal matters. Let Americans and NATO do what they are best at doing .
Just for the sake of watching an offensive PAF exercise you are wanting PAF to go to Libya don't forget they have some anti aircraft missiles of Soviet origin so don't get angry then when some Anti aircraft missile hits PAF aircraft and it cames dancing down ,then?will you enjoy the same exercise

In the advent of NATO attack on Libya one must need to analyze what Libya has to defend themselves .

Currently when we talk about Libyan airforce they have 374 combat aircrafts namely

Mig-21 = 23

F1 =1

Mig-23 =109

Su-22 = 38

Su-24 = 2

J-21 =13

and 4 air to air refuelers in from of IL-78
