Nope not every thing is imported. Many car parts are made in Pakistan but car manufactures don't give contracts to local producers and import stuff now they will give contracts to local producers. People will buy less clothes from Gucci and Armani and buy more that are produced in Pakistan. People will buy less Iphone and buy more Q mobile
There is a huge list of stuff. This is good for economy.

In the international market Pakistani goods will be cheap now and thus will give more competition to other goods Exports will go up.

Bad new for those who prefer luxury life good news for a common man. Bad news for those who buy dollars and keep them in international banks and good news for those who bring money to Pakistan.

This also means that a professional like me who worked hard to earn dollars through outsourcing which was then forcefully converted into local currency by this GOVT at their own rates. Now after deprecating they robbed me from my savings too. Sala every 100 min say 20 rupee kha gai!

Let me know if any of your mobile or pc or laptop is made in pakistan.
Till that by just devaluing our own money we are making alot of things expensive. Its way better to just add double or tripple tax on luxiours items rather than looting money from common man by making it worthless.
