Consider AS-550 as scout helicopter with some sort of light combat role, to cater Armour PA will surely get WZ10 and AH1Z Vipers. Meanwhile MI35 shall be used for special ops transportation and fire support but not as a dedicated Gunship. Existing Cobras will retire as soon as we get enough deliveries of latest hellos.

Showing interest is one thing and acquisition is another, Pak will not get Mi28 or any other attack hello in near future except from above mentioned once.

Both are class apart brother . Time will decide if we go for Mi28 or not but its in view for now.

It is very important for Pakistan to grow the number of MI35, 4 are just simply not enough at least 30 of MI35 should be purchased. Pakistan should opt for MI28 as they are the best & super heavy weight attack helicopters, they will serve really well in PA.

If PAA is looking for Mi-28 then why go for 30 Mi-35.. well these 4 Mi-35 are for Anti Narcotic force most probably... if they order 10 more that would be useful for SSG ...

15 Zulu are already on order..
20 Mi-28 and rest WZ-10 can do the job...

Mi-35 is an ancient chopper. The IAF acquired it in 1980s.
I am not sure what the Russians gain by selling four choppers to Pakistan or for the PAF to acquire four choppers.
