Pakistan raps Japan's 'discriminatory' nuclear deal with India: Nafees Zakaria

If civil nuclear cooperation is the concern here then Pakistan too is facing an acute energy deficit and should be served with similar deals, however we dont see that happening with the exception of China of course. However the civil nuclear cooperation represents one side of the picture and its flip side has implications far beyond the simplicity of "civil" notion...........

That is failure of your state's foreign policy, why blame others?

No one is stopping your officials to go and engage the establishment in Australia, US, France, Russia and Japan. You are more than welcome to do so. You too are welcome to pursue a NPT waiver etc. We have worked towards it, you can't just sit there are complain, you are not being served by others nation.
