I'm pursuing my research in Flight dynamics and control(with interest in nonlinear and intelligent control like adaptive fuzzy control, adaptive neural networks etc) and have papers published at AIAA or under the process of submission at AIAA/IEEE. Well I my self work over satellite attitude determination system in mid 2000 with my teacher in MAJ University. So the work was in progress since last 2 decades. Thats another story that I had left it in its early days as I have chosen different subjects. I may have some material from that time but its been keenly researched from last 20 to 24 years.

You made the absolutely call; that field was saturated and not much happening except for 3d imaging.

The choice I made was more to do with my competency than any other factor.
My background of control systems engineering was more in line with flight controls etc.
Of late AESA radar research has picked up a lot of pace and LRDE(the Premier research lab with couple of patents in TR modules technology) has designed a lot of AESA radars. They've been fairly successful in the sense that their radars are being inducted into the armed forces in numbers. For instance arudhra MPR with a range of 400kms and digital beam forming is complementing iIsraeli ELTA radars. However surprisingly this time, indian radars are better in the sense that LRDE's MPR is 4D and has digital beam forming(the two features lacking in the ELTA MPR).
The radar I did my intern on was a passive phased array radar.

Another member used profanity at me and I replied to him. @denel decided to abuse me and it was nothing to do with him. He started it and then ran to the mods.
