Yes, you’re right. There’s massive crime, and most of it is linked to people in power.

There was the famous case of 7-year old Zainab who was found dead. Shahid Masood investigated it and found links to child pornography and the dark web with a federal minister involved . He was arrested and judges threw him in jail.

Almost all crime is linked with people in power. The money from crime is shared by criminals, police, politicians and army officers.
