The hard line approach from Pakistan PM is fine, though I think there was lot of Pakistan's army input in his speech. India will be more than happy with this hard line approach. Because it gives reasons for India to not talk to Pakistan. What India hate is to talk to Pakistan especially on Kashmir.

I am not sure on that, and I will be surprised if she had said that. But this time both India and Pakistan adopted very very hard line approach. So no talks for long long time.
